Lost Creek: Rogue River, OR
Lost Creek is an earthfill structure with a gated spillway. Jess Dam was the first of three multi-purpose storage projects completed in the Rogue River Basin project. Jess Dam’s authorized primary purposes include flood risk management, water quality improvement, irrigation, fish and wildlife habitat enhancement and recreation.
