Leaburg-Walterville: McKenzie River, OR
The Leaburg Walterville Hydroelectric Project is comprised of two facilities located at different points on the McKenzie River. Both plants are run-of-the-river facilities, meaning that the natural flow and elevation drop of the river are used to generate electricity.

Carmen-Smith: McKenzie River, OR
The Carmen-Smith Hydroelectric Project, located 71 miles east of Eugene on the upper McKenzie River, is EWEB’s largest utility-owned power source.

Wynoochee: Wynoochee River, WA
The Wynoochee Dam Hydroelectric Project refitted an existing U.S. Army Corp of Engineers flood control dam located on the Wynoochee River in the foothills of the Olympic Mountains in Grays Harbor County, 35 miles north of Montesano, Washington.

Wanapum: Columbia River, WA
Wanapum Dam is located on the Columbia River, six miles downstream of Vantage, 18 miles upstream of Priest Rapids Dam and 415 miles above the mouth of the river.

The Dalles: Columbia River, OR/WA
The Dalles Lock and Dam is 192 miles upriver from the mouth of the Columbia River and two miles east of the city of The Dalles, Ore. The project consists of a navigation lock, spillway, powerhouse and fish passage facilities.
