Southwest WA Academy Application

Registration cost is $50 which covers materials, personal protective equipment, food and transportation. This low cost is made available by our sponsors. Application includes a place to request a scholarship if you need assistance with the registration cost.

Complete the application below and submit. You will be redirected to the signing page where you can finalize your application. Your parent/guardian and teacher will be sent an email so they can complete authorization and sign. Applications are being accepted through May 24, 2024. Applications will be reviewed as they are received. Acceptance will be on a rolling basis until all spots are filled. Class size is limited to 24 students.
